MY HEADLIGHTS DOESN’T LIGHT UP AFTER INSTALLATION
If your headlights bulb don't light up after installation, below is a possible solution. We suggest you connect the ( - ) to the positive ( + ) and vice versa, see if it works.
Please try that and let us know if it solves the problem.
MY HEADLIGHT PLUGS ARE DIFFERENT FROM WHAT I RECEIVED
If our headlight plugs and yours do not align correctly, please always attach a picture or video of your headlight bulbs as well the ones you received from us for proper resolution/replacements. This is mandatory for quick resolution of your issue.
Since our products are aftermarket, minor adjustments need to be made to the fitting of our items, and if a customer encounters any of this issue, our experienced customer support agent will guide them on the best practice possible to make this item work/fit correctly. MY HEADLIGHTS ARE FLICKERING AFTER INSTALLATION
If the bulbs are flickering, below are possible solutions:
The bulb may not be bad but we cannot tell unless you test them using a meter reader or Battery charger of 12v to see if they actually get lit up outside the vehicle.
If the bulbs come on outside the vehicle and light up very well, then you may need to get a canbus decoder so they stop flickering when plugged into your vehicle (https://carifex.com/products/led-headlight-canbus-wiring-harness-adapter )
If they don't come up after the test, then the bulbs are bad and may need replacement from us.
Replacement can be done only after the test has been carried out. A photo/video proof is required before emailing us, because if we send in another replacement and the same thing happened that's not good for the both of us.
If the issue is not resolved after this steps, please write back to us for a REFUND procedure.
MY HIGH/LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS ARE NOT WORKING ( H13/ 9007 / 9004 / H4 BULBS )
These are very rare cases where the headlights for our double beams are wired incorrectly.
If you’re having this issue with Single/both headlights, EMAIL us with your order number for exchange/replacement.
MY CARIFEX LED HEADLIGHTS BULBS ARE NOT BRIGHT ENOUGH
Alternatively, you can try our 10,000 lumens headlight bulbs which are way more brighter.
